Outlaw Negan

Negan Smith (pronounced /ni:gen/) is a main character and a former antagonist, as well as a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He was the leader of the Saviors. He used his authority and resources to subjugate other communities tribute to the Saviors, in exchange for protection against walkers. After a war against the Militia of his formerly subjugated communities, he was defeated, which ended up with Daryl Dixon taking charge of the Saviors, now willing to cooperate with the communities before its disbanding. He was taken as a prisoner to the Alexandria Safe-Zone, receiving a life sentence.

When Negan makes an attack (including attacks made in enemies' turns), the attack will put a stack of 'dread' mark on up to 10 closest visible enemies. Up to 3 stacks of 'dread' mark can be exerted on one enemy. Each stack enables each survivor to deal +60% total damage to the marked enemies. Stacks last 1 turn.

When an enemy is attacked more than 3 times in one survivors' turn but still not killed, Negan has a 70% chance to gain an extra charge point at the end of turn.

As a leader, all teammates gain these bonuses.
