Duke is the owner and manager of the Aja Winery in Mineral Village, which he runs together with his wife, Manna. He is a passionate wine lover with a fondness for drinking, and he can often be found at the Inn almost every night after work, relaxing after a long day.
Duke likes gifts such as Bread, Spa-boiled Eggs, and Wine, but dislikes Bodigizer and Curry. His birthday is on the 15th of Winter. The Aja Winery is open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and is closed every Saturday. Its main products are Grape Juice and Wine, which serve as an important source of income for the village.
In Fall of Year 1, the player has the opportunity to help Duke and Manna with the grape harvest in the vineyard behind the winery. Duke will ask for help on Fall 14, and if the player agrees, they must assist with harvesting from Fall 15–20 before noon each day. This work not only provides monetary rewards but also significantly increases the player’s relationship with Duke and Manna.
Duke is also involved in a bar argument event at the Inn during Summer of Year 1, in which he accuses Kai of causing trouble in the village every summer. The player’s response to this event can affect relationship levels with several characters, making it one of the key events that reflects the personalities and conflicts within Mineral Village.
